Senior Country Manager, India Sales

We are currently looking for experienced sales professionals to handle sales for our India Operations, based out of Bangalore. The candidate must be experienced a self-motivated and self-starter sales individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets, with demonstrable history of consistent quota attainment. The successful candidate will be “go-getter” with a “can-do” attitude, who possesses excellent organization, planning, communication and presentation skills.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • 8+ years of overall sales experience
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience working with medium and large organizations in the capacity of security solutions and services sales
  • Demonstrable history of consistent quota attainment
  • Excellent network of contacts in India and other geographies
  • Sales related exposure on some of the following areas is a must:
    • Professional Security Services, Managed Security Services
    • Identity and Access Management
    • Application Security, Data Security, Web and Infrastructure Security
  • Candidate must have experience organizing and leading presentations to clients
  • Past experience of handling large and lucrative territories in India is a plus
  • Past engagements with multinational tier-1 organization or equivalent is preferred

Industries

  • Should have exposure in multiple verticals such as BFSI, Government, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare
  • Knowledge of industry relevant security requirements and regulations (such as HIPAA, GLBA, SOX, etc.)

Skills

  • Institutes defined checkpoints in a plan to ensure efficient and reliable execution of work
  • Maintains a long-term perspective when creating approaches to systematically fill "white space" in a customer’s/partner's technology portfolio and service needs
