IBM SYSTEMS ANALYST. (REFERENCE #: INTP101) Location: Multiple Locations
1. Prepare technical reports & studies for system upgrades and customized programs: Total 30%
- Design, customize, and configure programs to meet client needs - 7%
- Create feasibility report for implementation of system changes - 6%
- Draft report recommending new technologies into existing computer or network systems - 5%
- Analyze cost and time required for upgrades - 5%

- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and understand client needs - 2%
2. Develop, document, and revise internal manuals and procedures: Total 20%
- Design & test procedures - 10%
