Daniel T. Fitzgerald, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Dan is responsible for increasing intiGrow's revenue. His 19 years of business experience include experience as a programmer. Making the transition to sales in 1991, he has consistently delivered client value and revenue growth to several IT service and sales organizations, including Wang and IBM. Dan is a graduate of Widener University and a veteran of the US Army. His role at intiGrow includes development of marketing strategy, the sales system, and the integration points of sales and marketing. Dan has helped clients with security system projects since 2002. He holds several sales and technical-sales certifications, including ITIL.

Sid Roy, Managing Director

Sid joined intiGrow on July 1, 2010, as a Managing Director for intiGrow India operations. Sid brings over 16 years of diverse experience in architecture, security, application development, and project delivery. In his last engagement at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as Enterprise Architect and Project Director, Sid created a five year security technology roadmap and successfully led and the implementation of several enterprise security solutions, including a robust Federated Identity and Access Management solution, which is considered to be among the largest I&AM implementations in the US.

Sid puts great emphasis on promoting and building value-added organizations, with a delivery focused culture. In his last engagement, Sid transformed the IT Security division from a low profile, reactive organization to a high value-add, highly motivated, and proactive organization within a period of three years -- with record accomplishments.

Prior to joining CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Sid led the design and implementation of a secure datacenter (comprising of over 2000 servers and 500 applications) for Capital One Financial Services for their outsourcing imperative, which enabled the company to attain its outsourcing goals and objectives. Sid also worked in the capacity of a sourcing strategist (reporting to the CIO) to create and implement an analysis framework for determining feasibility and ROI for application outsourcing.

In his current role with intiGrow, Sid will be leading the development of new business in India by tapping into the booming Indian economy and by offering a wide array of security services to the Indian market. Sid will be the head of the development center in Bangalore, which is an extension of the US operations. This center will not only strengthen the technical skill-set for intiGrow, but will also augment the bandwidth of US project delivery, which will enable intiGrow to offer competitive pricing by using an onshore/offsite delivery model.

Recently, Sid was invited by IBM to speak on Federated Identity Management panel at Pulse 2010 (Las Vegas). Sid has been maintaining his CISSP certification since 2005 and is an active participant in many Information Security forums such as CSO Breakfast Club. Sid has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences and a MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Milind Kshirsagar, Business Development Director

Milind brings 18 years of vast and varied work experience in the IT/Customer Service Industry. He is a dynamic, results oriented professional with over nine years of extensive experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter/BDM involved in selecting, identifying, interviewing and placement of IT/engineering resources for critical and highly visible client requirement.

Milind is well conversant and accomplished in sourcing/identification and placement of IT Resources on various technologies including but not limited to Oracle, Microsoft, Java, embedded software systems, automotive engineering, UNIX, ERP software (SAP, Oracle Financials, Peoplesoft), content management systems (Vignette, Interwoven, Documentum) and compliance requirements (SOX).
