Identity Management
intiGrow helped the world's largest restaurant company execute a global web application strategy and adapt to new in-store requirements for individual identity credentials. By helping to centralize Tivoli Identity Manager component services, this company can confidently open a new restaurant each day.

Access Management
At a mid-western manufacturer, intiGrow team members implemented Tivoli Access Manager for e-Business. Their 50,000 users were not getting the applications they needed to maintain competitiveness quickly enough, and were managing multiple identities and passwords for web applications. With an integrated and centralized security service, users had a single id and password, and the apps they need faster.

Federation
A large healthcare insurer in the mid-Atlantic wanted to extend customer-facing services and provide its users seamless access to partner sites with no re-authentication. intiGrow consultants designed and implemented a Federated Identity infrastructure, allowing partner organizations to securely share digital identities across multiple domains and permitted authorized users to access business applications and required data. This greatly reduced the need for users to set up and manage multiple logins and passwords, which led to ease of use and improved customer loyalty.

Single Sign-on
In a global environment with frequent employee turnover, intiGrow contributed to the installation/configuration of TAM-ESSO adapter for automated provisioning. The integration with existing Tivoli components ITIM and TAM allowed this global restaurant operator to get and keep employees productive.

IAM Service Expansion
After the initial implementation, a global payment processor needed leadership to get their employees still fewer IDs and passwords to remember. intiGrow consultants analyzed the requirements, developed a plan, and executed the tasks necessary to deliver on this high-visibility initiative. Results were on-time, despite a shortened window for the work to be done.

Storage Management
As a technical consultant for a Fortune 500 company, intiGrow provided TSM design, installation, implementation and support to one of the largest TSM operations to date - over 3,000 TSM servers and 20,000 clients on various OSs. Our team members performed in-depth problem analysis and resolution design in an independent manner. Results: lower costs of operations, reduced risks, and the ability to head-off problems before they surface.

AIX Administration
intiGrow has virtualized Power 6 and Power7 hardware implementing advance power virtualization features like NPIV, VSCSI, SEA, IVEs, active memory sharing and live partition mobility for high availability. We have deployed clustered servers using IBM HACMP, and setup disaster recovery systems, as well as migrated critical servers to AIX 6. We support the servers running critical applications like SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and DB/2 for banking, insurance, and healthcare clients.
