TEAM LEAD: Sr. Systems Analyst
(IBM Tivoli/AIX Server):
- Lead team in designing,
develop, program, install, implement, & maintain IBM Tivoli Storage
Manager (TSM) Server or IBM AIX Server statistics & conduct analysis
- Troubleshoot TSM related
malfunctions & program problems.
- Use object-oriented programming
languages, with client & server applications development processes &
multimedia & Internet technology.
- Confer with clients regarding
the nature of the information processing and needs
- Coordinate & link the
server systems to increase compatibility & info sharing
- Consult with management to
ensure agreement on system principles.
- Expand or modify system to
serve new purposes or improve work flow.
- Interview or survey workers,
observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information
is processed & how it is processed.
- Determine computer software or
hardware needed to set up or alter system.
- Train staff & users to work
with computer systems & programs.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in CS,
Engineering or related fields + 5 yrs. progressively responsible work exp. in
TSM Systems Analysis. Foreign
equivalent accepted. Will also accept
3‑yr. Foreign Bachelor’s diploma.

administering IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM)
or IBM AIX Server & related
environments. Diagnose,
troubleshoot, & resolve hardware, software, or other network &
system problems, & replace defective components
- Direct performance of data
backups & disaster recovery operations; Plan, coordinate, &
implement network security measures to protect data, software, &
hardware.
- Monitor performance of systems &
networks, & coordinate network access & use.
- Install software, design,
configure, & test hardware, networking software & OS software.
- Confer with network users about
how to solve existing system problems.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in CS,
Engineering or related fields + 5 yrs. progressively responsible work exp. in
